If i start this method and i finally get the results i want (losing 20 lbs) and i stop doing this method and just eat normally ( i eat around 1900 cal a day) will i regain all the weight i lost?

monday to saturday just boiled your food no oil, no fryiii just boiled once a week atleast ate fish or boiled chicken breast, ate fruits, atleast low in calories start at 7am breakfast until 4pm u must stop eating anything just water, and drink twice a day apple cider vinegar w/honey me in just 2 weeks i lost 9k.. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.

Yup I lost weight eating between 9-5, 5 days a week for work and after work I go to the gym and after the gym I have a very small meal before bed. [A fiber drink or a small meal or snack] small enough for my body to burn through while asleep for 7-8 hours a night and repeat.
I started 16/8 fasting last Wednesday-Saturday and restart again Monday and so far only lost 2 lousy pounds. Not much food in the 8 hour window, except some Ritz crackers. But I also work out 5-6 days a week. How is this possible??
I love your vids . I have a question. When I pinch my skin on my stomach or leg I feel these little bums under my skin. Recently I have been doing internment fasting. So are those little bumps fat reserves? And I losing weight or gaining

Jeddah Mondero but also look at the calories you intake...its all about calorie deficient... for the name intermittent fasting if you eat lots of junk food and avoid nutritional foods, then you will suffer from many deficiencies... which will ultimately brings lots of side effects.... so just stick to healthy food that can supply your body the necessities..
I actually did this diet out of intuition and having an eratic work schedule. I decided to have a 12hr period between my last meal and first meal. Even if I ate at midnight when I worked nights, I couldn't eat until noon the next day. Black coffee and water allowed.
I was able to lose 15lb in approximately 3 weeks.
here's a few ideas for fat loss naturally
Make sure you consume enough water - I recommend eight cups daily.
Set a max amount of chips Sweets sugary drinks you have daily.
Cut down snacks or have fruit or vegatables.
Keep a record what you eat and refer back to it to see how you can cut down.

Can you drink coffee with milk and sugar ? (Outside the 8 hour window)
P.S. I would recommend you guys to not eat junk food in this diet. It's better to make some burger or pizza at home, maybe even cakes! And avoid cold drinks no matter what!
I have an opposite view on this. 16 hour fasting is great. However, eating fruits/veggies, lean meats to a minimum, and water should be consumed. Potato chips is high in hydrogenated oils which is very bad for health. Ice cream can't be consumed by a lot of people due to lactose intolerance. Butter is also not good. I get the chocolate thing, but in moderation. If people can eat anything they want in an 8 hour setting, this is very misleading. Look at obesity and diabetes because of people eating anything they want. This diet only works if people cut all junk and sugary foods, resulting to vegies/fruits, lean meats and fish but in moderation, water, and the big one Exercise. People want fast results, but remember it's fast to put weight on, but time to take it off.

+Ana Blažević On the contrary, you definitely CAN lose weight without exercise. I've been intermittent fasting for two weeks an have lost 7 lbs, which equates to 3.5 lbs per week. Or in 6 weeks 21 lbs. Very close to what Planet Caravan claims. The entire premise of fasting and altering your insulin levels by adjusting your carb intake is that weight loss can be achieved with minimal or no exercise. Have you ever tried it or are you just saying whatever your own biases are?
Not according to what I've read. Have you done any research on or had experience with intermittent fasting? I think the gist of intermittent fasting is that it is very difficult to get excessive amounts of calories in in that short a period. On average, people will overeat a bit during the feeding period but since there are so many hours when eating is not allowed fewer calories are consumed overall. My above comments don't even address the impact of hormones on weight loss during fasting.
