Glycine is a pretty great anti stress amino acid, along with proline, and you can get it from a lot of different animal sources, however if you're a vegan or vegetarian I'm going to discuss a couple fruit sources you can use.
Let's talk about the glycine food sources:
3. Bone Broth (get lots of gelatin and collagen)
This will help with a protective effect of all your joints and cartilage (also for joint pain), as well as keeping stress low, good sleep, and all the other great benefits of glycine.

great videos! chris, what do you think about guava: seems to double gycine and x-fold in vitamin C compared to kiwi - similar sugars ...also avocaco seems to be higher in glycin (around 100mg per 100g) ...any reason for not listing them in the vegan alternatives? ...in seeds: sunflower and pumpkin are higher than meat (but omega 6 loaded) ...spirulina seems to kill it with 3% ...any problems with spirulina regarding hormone health?
Christopher Walker i would be very happy if you could find a supplier in the Netherlands or in the Uk in order for people living in Germany to have access to your products and don’t pay a lot of money for the shipping
You should do a video on beard growth and how to increase/boost it naturally. Also maybe mention the effects minoxidil could have on testosterone, since I've seen quite a few men using it on their faces to boost the growth.
Glycine is so important for the health of our Mitochondria. I make grass fed bone broth in my pressure cooker, but it can take time so sometimes I order it or take collagen hydrosolate. I also love my kiwi, all the vitamin c in just 1 kiwi is just awesome.. Chris I love your content , keep up the great work !
Thank you chris for the info. BUT can you shed some light on ASWAGANDHA consumption in an auto immune state, because ksm 96 is shown to improve immune response, which in case of an auto immune condition --- may not be good. and also does aspirin reduce platelet count ? is ther any natural way to increase platelet count ? And are platelets really helpful for restoring hair, using surgical procedures like PRP (platelet rich plasma). can hairfall be stopped and reversed by focusing on platelet count and response of an individual and does aspirin reduce the common and general functions of platelets in our body ?
Its hard to trust anyone these days, especially the docs. AS far is i know there are very few people like you who intend to help others by giving them the facts ,. thank you chris, just the youtube content of your channel has helped me a lot.....
