This is not to stop a nosebleed but rather to stop them from coming back. Also this is assuming the nosebleeds are not caused by a medical condition or something serious.
As someone who's had nose bleeds my entire life, most of the time with not much irritation from my part (e.g. blowing my nose) and most times from out of nowhere, I've finally come across a way that ended my nosebleeds for good!
Here's how I learned this method. I was starting to take boxing lessons from my cousin who is a semi pro boxer and on the first round with the first LIGHT punch I took to the nose, the blood started coming out. After a couple rounds the session ended and the blood clotted. My cousin, who had this same problem when he first started boxing, told me the "boxers secret" to stopping nosebleeds.
Here's all you do, it's not very pleasant but the good thing is you only need to do it once a day for less than a week!! Seriously!! In my case I got immediate results after my first time and I only did it 3 times after that to be safe. Oh yeah, and since doing this (going on a year now) I've had ZERO nose bleeds. Even after my sparring sessions and continuous punches to the nose.
Ok so first step, grab a cup, fill it with water and warm it up. It only needs to be warm, NOT hot. Then, add salt (about 2 tablespoons) and stir. Alright, now go to the bathroom or kitchen sink and snort the water in through each nostril, one nostril at a time of course, and spit it out. Yes, I know, I warned you it wouldn't be pleasant, especially since you're essentially "putting salt on your wound" but, trust me, it WORKS! So, do this 2-3 times for each nostril and you're done. I recommend repeating these steps 2-3 more times in the coming days but the results should be instant.
Let me know if any of you try this and the results you get. Oh and spread the word! I myself couldn't be happier not getting nosebleeds anymore. I'm 28 now and I've probably been having them since age 5 on and off and in some cases quite severe ones. All I'm looking to do by sharing this information is help those who've suffered from this like I did. Good luck!
