Zevia: I love anything that's sweetened with Stevia, but I should warn you, Zevia comes in aluminum cans which is very dangerous. We should be avoiding anything with aluminum as it's linked to dementia.
A whole plethora of other illnesses are linked to toxic metals like aluminum building up in our system.
Hope this helps. :)
Man, I need to shed weight, right now. Have you heard of Belly Busting Box? My best mate has shed 30kg to date with it and strongly recommends it. I just began and have dropped 5kg so far so I'm getting pretty happy. Browse Google for Belly Busting Box.
Learn (if you don't already know), the Acid/Alkaline diet (balance). Eating non-acidic foods as much as possible will minimize gastro discomfort. Of course that's not always true because of non-acidic high fiber foods. As for the ED issue (I can't speak from experience but only from knowledge), the amino acid "Arginine" taken in a capsule form is the best natural vasodilator; Also, any EFA containing products, such as Hempseed etc. Bee Pollen for Virility. For aphrodisiacs, -Cannabis is good.
If you are a vegan, then you shouldn't need enzymes because "live foods", i.e. fruits veggies or anything grown in the ground has their own enzymes necessary for digestion. As for enzymes, I took them for a long time, and while they help to digest some foods, they caused major gastric distress. As with any supplement (where there is no daily intake research/guidelines), you have to be careful and find out what amount is right for you. Papain or Bromelain for instance, can digest your innards.
Zevia.... because it's sweetened with Stevia. That's original. I guessed it before you even said it. Stevia is bad because the concentrated powder is extracted with chemicals such as chlorine. In fact, the only one I've found that you can barely detect the bitter chemical taste is called "SweetLeaf Stevia Extract" by Wisdom Natural Brands. If you don't want gastrointestinal issues, then don't drink soda, alcohol, or any acidic, or carbonated beverage. They give you gas, as do enzymes.

Guys, solve your premature ejaculation problem does not need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a course called Sozumflex Secrets (search on google). Seriously, I finally achieve total control over my premature ejaculation. I probably shouldn't even be talking about it because I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a good mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.
You are so well spoken and natural in front of the camera, you do the vegan community a great service!! I must admit that I am quite smitten by you, but I try to keep my concentration on the wonderful subjects that you cover. I hope that you will always be posting videos so that a little sunshine can be available when I need it. God bless you and may all your dreams come true!
another great book is Vegan for Life by Jack Norris,RD and Virginia Messina, MPH, RD. it is an Everything you need to know to be healthy and fit on a plant - based diet.....that is also my go to book if others would like to check it out.
The benefits/detriments of wheat: On pbs I was listening 2 Dr, Gary Null (a nutritionist, among other things) & he doen't speak very highly of wheat. Stating that it takes a long time 2 digest, that the gluten that it ends up becoming in your system offer no nutritional benefits. Also that it inuces a kind of brain fog.
Where do u stand on wheat as a health choice? I've been on the fence about it, 4 so long now. If there's a counterpoint, I'd love 2 hear it.
Just to throw this out since I've worked in grocery stores, at most stores there is a series of tares (we had, if I remember correctly, 9 options) that you use to deduct the type of bag. It's most commonly used in the difference between a plastic bag and a paper bag so for example a plastic bag would be 1 tare, and a paper 2 tare because of the extra thickness
In regards to the reusable bags to buy your fruit: I'm a cashier in a grocery store and what we do is hit tare first. This prevents us weighing the bag as well as the veggies. < So no extra money is charged.
Erectile Dysfunction, or ED, is a condition of a male’s penis that prevents it from getting an erection from sexual intercourse. However, many male patients get this condition from many pre existing health problems. The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, or the NCCAM, released that ED affects nearly 30 million males in the United States alone. In most patients, certain drugs can single handedly treat the condition. Below, is a list of different antibiotics used to treat ED and what side effects you may get, as well as what other treatments your doctor might prescribe you.
