Get beautiful bee-stung lips with daily facial exercises that stimulate the production of collagen.
Step 1: Be hydrated
Drink a glass of water and dab on a little lip balm. Performing facial exercises when you’re dehydrated can lead to wrinkling.
Step 2: Start with “The Marilyn”
Do 'The Marilyn,' as in Monroe, by puckering up your lips, pressing them firmly against your hand for a second or two, then pulling your hand away and blowing a kiss into the air. Repeat up to 15 times. Keep your forehead smooth as you do this.
Do these exercises in the mirror until you’re certain you’re doing them without scrunching up other areas of your face.
Step 3: Go blow smoke
Form an 'O' and exhale. Repeat 10 times.
Step 4: Pout like a spoiled princess
Clamp your lips shut, screw them into a spoiled princess pout, hold for 10 seconds, and relax. Repeat three times.
To give your whole face a lift, smile big, part your lips, and open your eyes wide. Hold for 10 seconds; repeat three times.
Step 5: Do “The Satchmo”)
To plump lips, suck in air through your nose and then hold your breath as you blow air back and forth between your cheeks for about 10 seconds, as if you’re swishing mouthwash around. Then exhale like you’re blowing a horn. Repeat three times.
Step 6: Tap your lips
When you’re finished with your exercises, use your index and middle finger to tap firmly on your lips five times to bring out some color.

ok so i used to do this a few months back, and it does work! i did it for about 3 weeks, and i could definitely see a small difference in the size of my lips. i’m gonna start doing them again because they still aren’t the size i would like them to be. but i would for sure recommend this for people who want to grow their lips because it’s permanent + easy!! hope this helped :)
sakshi lip exercises stay permanently after doing them for a while consistently. think about going to the gym, if you go for a week consistently you'll notice slight improvement, but once you stop your body will go back to normal. it's the same here.
Just wonderful, I've been looking for "yoga for the face reviews" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.
I stopped wasting time doing makeup tricks or doing weird techniques to make my lips bigger. I just use apex plump and it works amazingly well. My lips look fuller and I practically had no lips at all before I started using it. eh...more like how to create smoker's lines in 1/4 of the time nature takes...There's truth behind "Stop making that face or it'll get stuck like that!"same goes with the "neck exercises". You don't life up and down, no, you'll have that look of a stretched tendon under your chin. You get one of those spring-loaded chin exercisers and push down. Totally not saying that there aren't legitamate facial exercises, but maybe reading about what has science or has been tried and true should be a priority. And using a satin pillow case and sleeping on your back is a real thing, tried and true, for lessing how badly and quickly your skin will wrinkle due to sleeping on the side of your face.
The best bet for lips...from my own reading, is to get a lip lift and maybe then a permanent, modest amount of filler put in if you can afford it. Seriously, many of the facial exercises shown on youtube and elsewhere just rapes your skin's elasticity and you will look like Steve Tyler way too soon for your time.
