APPLE CIDER VINEGAR USES AND HEALTH BENEFITS Apple cider vinegar is very well known in health circles right now and many people are discussing the health benefits of apple cider vinegar. Let's take a look at how apple cider vinegar is made. ACV is made from a simple two step process: 1. Crush up the apples or take the cider itself and introduce yeast, which ferments it into an alcohol 2. Then you introduce bacteria that further ferments it into acetic acid, which is vinegar. Braggs apple cider vinegar keeps the 'mother' in it, which contains enzymes and bacteria that have other health benefits. One thing people notice about ACV is how badly it stinks. One of the main benefits of apple cider vinegar is that it helps to kill bad bacteria. You can actually use it as a disinfectant, a cleaning solution. Another benefit is that apple cider vinegar helps in blood sugar regulation. Blood sugar can be an issue for people who even don't have diabetes, when blood sugar swings all over the place people tend to get drowsy. By taking ACV during a high carb meal, it improved insulin sensitivity by between 19-34%. Another study saw that it lowered blood sugar by 30% after eating white bread. Another study saw a 4% reduction in fasting blood sugar. ACV is very good at improving insulin function. Another benefit: apple cider vinegar for weight loss. People taking ACV along with a high carb meal ate an avg of 275 calories fewer per day, which amounts to an additional 1/2 pound of fat loss per week. Another study looked at apple cider vinegar in reducing belly fat, with significant increase in the ACV group. ACV also helps heart health. I got my fasted labs done and found that I have high levels of LDL. I tried looking it up and couldn’t find anything that could educate me on this. All I could find were articles on how LDL is the healthy cholesterol but no real explanation.

Chris, you can up your audio game by compressing the audio and then normalizing it. Ask your video editor about it, and if he doesn't know how, just look it up on YouTube how to get perfect audio. Listen to just 10 seconds of my audio (the videos have nothing to do with health so just use it as a reference), and you'll hear how crystal clear and loud my audio is. Getting that quality of audio takes like 60 seconds of clicking a few commands.

2 Tbsp mixed with lemon juice & a pinch of sea salt in a tall glass of water every morning before leaving for work. The lemon juice makes the acv tolerable. The sea salt is for additional beneficial trace minerals. But just a small pinch!

Make sure the vinegar is not inside a plastic bottle as you will be consuming plastic as well. Only buy vinegar in glass bottles.

Hey Chris! do you know of any natural fixes for under eye bags that are dark and mildly puffy for men? A reference for where I'm at: 26 years old, very active- lift 3 times a week and stock a warehouse full time, supplement with B complex, zinc, ashwagandha, boron, saw palmetto, cod liver oil, calcium magnesium zinc mix, and vitamin D, sleep usually 6-9 hours most nights. There not super bad but just enough to be noticeable and annoy me. I'm sure "genetics" play a role but there has to be something that can fix them that I'm missing.. also I have clear skin besides the dark eye puffy part, and a full head of hair. Feel healthy and great but must still be missing something. Let me know if you know of anything please :)

dlayne21 Maybe you rub your eyes too hard in the morning or when you wash your face? i always had real bad eye bags because of wiping sleep dust out my eye but i make a mental note not to rub my eyes anymore and they’re much better. hope this helps!

I use coconut vinegar, I have never tried the apple cider vinegar, but a friend who used Braggs in the past, tried the coconut vinegar I use, he said he liked the coconut vinegar better, because there was no raunchy after burbs that occurred with the apple cider vinegar. The Coconut Secrets coconut vinegar I like to use also has the mother in it... worth trying if you are having trouble with the apple cider vinegar, but really want to take a vinegar for the health benifits. Something else that I have heard, but don't know if it can be proven, is that vinegar is good for dissolving calcification in the soft tissues of the body... LOL, CLR for the body??

sir, is sugar bad for gut health.. ?. Fructose has many benefits but the common sugars like sucrose, glucose are known to increase bad bacteria in the gut. Is this true or is this just a myth created by modern medical sciences...... Please do enlighten us, please do include this in the next video.......

Ooohhh it's made from the alcohol?? that explains a lot why people like to clean using it. I always thought those tips were quite gimmicky but now it makes sense.

If you're a salad eater, make your own dressing with oil and apple cider vinegar Or just mix a little vinegar in with a glass of water and drink it down. It's just vinegar. It's not too bad to drink..

I use it to wipe d flood i mix it with water in d bucket, at first d funny smell is there but in a few mins d smell goes away... it cleans d floor really well....
