I think one of the worst parts about getting older is having less energy, waking up tired and feeling “blah” most of the day.

Sir I have been watching your videos since a while now and there is this one problems or confusion what ever you say...see about exercise what all you say I understand and even the other thing but when it comes to diet you CONFUSE me even more like you say we need to eat 50% of our total calories in form of carbs and that too healthy carb and what are the options you give for so called health carbs...very limited u just say white rice vegetables n all... But just think even if a person is eating 3000 calories a day how will he Abel to make 1500 calories just from vegetables like we cannot eat vegetables the whole day the same thing with protein.... Okk so I am a vegetarian and sometimes I feel your channel is just for non vegetarian like the options for protein are all non veg except for egg which I eat and in is there are people which follow u and are vegetarian so do something about it....
