The first one mentioned has been my problem the past few weeks. I've been sleeping horribly. Every morning I wake up at 3am on the dot. Like an internal alarm clock, which has been leaving me with 6 hours or less each night. I'm not sure why this has been happening, but I'm not sure how to stay asleep past 3am. I've tried sleeping aids, which knocks me out quick but come 3am I'm awake. This has been leaving me stressed and irritable. And I feel the effects on my health.
