Yeah, I tend to agree. I'm all for leading a healthy lifestyle, but completely cutting out food types which our ancestors have survived on for thousands of years seems to be to extreme for me. Choline can be within 1-3 grams I personally take 1200-1500 mg of betaine but I am rather large at 190 six foot three inches so dose accordingly. For A,D,and K make sure to get the RDA at least and if you increase doses on one you have to do it to the other to in order to keep them balanced

Maybe caffeine is a no go for people with already elevated cortisol, but from what i've read it depends on whether the autoimmune condiiton is TH1 dominant or TH2 dominant. Several thyroid issues like hashimotos are Th1 dominant and they recommend consuming things that are Th2 dominant and caffeine is recommended for people who are Th1 dominant (although I just found a conflicting article that states the opposite).
