The million dollar question: can you gain muscle at the same time while losing body fat? In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro says a proper diet can do both!
You can break down the muscle tissue with working out, lose body fat with cardio, give your body rest, and have your diet 'right' (proper protien and calories). Muscle is protien which is made amino acids. Consume the protien, the body synthesizes it, and it's shuttled to the muscles that need to be repaired after working out.
Simultaneously Build Muscle and Lose Fat
1. Eggs - affordable & accessible, easy, power packed snack
2. Chicken - the chicken breast is the best option because it's the leanest

Sugars PERIOD is what gains you body fat. You know, those amazing sweet carbohydrates the FDA recommends everyone to eat 60% in their diet? Glucose is the energy supplier here, and it's quick. It doesn't last very long resulting in a crash, and people need to eat more of those carbs to restore energy. What isn't being used as energy gets stored as fat cells.
The process is called De Novo Lipogenesis.
Eating fat foods will get stored as fat, but only because your carb intake is high. Fat as energy is a MUCH MUCH MORE efficient energy source. It lasts all day, and it doesn't spike your insulin. When you are in ketosis, you've ran out of glucose energy from your liver, and it utilizes the body fat (stored energy) that you've built up from using glucose as fuel.
The body fat will shed, and the energy will remain. You CANNOT go back to eating carbs without thought again.

So now that that's out of the way, let's further help you guys know what to buy. LOCAL. Buy everything local at your farmer's markets, halfway market, butcher shops. Drive through the country and find produce or chicken eggs for sale. Ask these people how they raise their stock and grow their food. If its inhumane or they are loaded with antibiotics, steroids, and they don't eat enough grass then that meat is garbage and can be damaging to your health. An indicator if the meat is bad is if the fat content is disproportionately spread out in the tissue of the meat. A good indicator is a purplish tint too it. That's good quality shit. Egg yolks need to look orange and not bright yellow. You know it's nutrient dense this way.
Cooking oils.. Extra virgin olive oil is the best and will not cause free radicals during the heating process like most other cooking oils. A good sign that you have quality oil is refrigerate it. If it hardens then it's pretty good stuff! Coconut oil is fantastic. It hardens at room temperature.
There's way more I could say but to sum it all up; Eat more fat (nuts, coconut oil, avocados, local meat, etc) a whole lot less carbs (soda, sugar PERIOD, bread, pasta, etc.) & stick to it. And yeah, buy local. As little processing as possible. And just exercise some! Oh and never listen to the government, bunch of crooks they are!

half liter yoghourt with cottage cheese toast in the morning , half liter water ..... high carbs lunch ( noodles or sandwich or burger and fries or whatever it is , nothing for 5 hours , some almonds 30 mins before workout with a cup of orange juice , a god damn high intensity fire burning workout ...lot of water ,30 mins walking back home , 3 eggs and chiken breast plate with olives oil garlic sauce and a salad as a post workout , dry fruits at night such pistachios , peanuts , almonds etc with a some fruits and after 2 hours within 30 mins before bed a cup of tea with a coffee spoon of honey and a lot of water ..my fitness programm just started it a week ago hope it will works and yea , cheesecake vape in between :D !!
Man...a LOT of vegans/vegetarians in this here comment section. Though, will admit, should've added more vegetables into this list, they have less calories and can give a good amount of protein and nutritional value to your meals. Personal, I like to eat me a big delicious steak, with some cottage cheese mixed in broccoli, a bowl of spinach and some pinto beans.

Saturated fat is good for you. The only difference is one hydrogen atom, which does not have a huge effect on how you're body uses it. Saturated does boost testosterone unlike unsaturated fats. Also avacados are promoted as healthy sources of fat. Avacado's fat is all saturated. Saturated fat isn't bad for you, your body actually needs it.
