However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. Let’s point out the obvious: erections are really important to most men. For many men erections play a large role in their sexual pleasure. But, what if you could do more to help yourself have a stronger erection? Cut out the smoking We said it before in #3 and we’ll say it again: don’t smoke. Not only does smoking cause a whole slew of adverse health conditions (lots of different types of cancers, heart disease, and stroke, just to name a few), each of which can wreck havoc on a person’s sex life; but what’s in the cigarettes can do a number on your erection as well. Nicotine in cigarettes restricts blood flow, a major problem because sexual arousal, i.e. getting an erection, is all about blood flowing to the genitals. When the blood can’t flow as well, your may end up with erectile difficulties. 6. Fool Around Longer Fooling around is a great way to build desire and arousal that can help a man keep his erection stronger, longer. We’re all guilty of rushing to intercourse so fast that we forget how great foreplay can be in building arousal and that strong erection. Step 1: Place the fitted sheet on the mattress Place the fitted sheet on the bed by securing the corner elastic under the corners of the mattress. Tuck all of the edges of the sheet tightly around and under the mattress. Step 2: Place the top sheet over the fitted sheet Lay the top sheet over the fitted sheet, with the sheet's top edge even with the top of the mattress. Be sure that the sides of the sheet hang evenly over each side of the mattress. Tip Place the edge of the sheet with the longer hem – about 2 inches wide – at the head of the bed. Step 3: Tuck the bottom of the sheet under mattress Lift the bottom of the mattress with one hand and tuck the bottom of the sheet between the box spring and the mattress with your other hand. Be sure that the edges of the sheet lay flat under the mattress. Tip Use a long-handled wooden spoon to tightly tuck the sheet if you have trouble lifting the mattress. Step 4: Create a diagonal fold at the corner of top sheet Lift the top sheet about a foot away from the foot of the bed on the bedside. Pull straight up to form a diagonal fold and lay the fold flat on top of the bed. Step 5: Tuck the corner and the diagonal fold Tuck the piece that is hanging from the corner under the mattress. Smooth the diagonal fold down over the side of the bed, and tightly tuck it under the mattress. Step 6: Tuck the sheet to the top of the bed Tuck the side of the top sheet securely under the edge of the bed. Tip Don't tuck in the last foot of the sheet near the head of the bed. Fold the top side of the sheet down to form a nice, crisp edge. Step 7: Repeat steps on the other side of mattress Do the same on the other side of the mattress, keeping the sheet pulled tight. Hence the idea that “listening to Mozart makes you smarter” and that if children or even babies listen to Mozart they will become more intelligent. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756–1791) was a prolific and influential composer of the Classical era. Born in Salzburg, he showed prodigious ability from his earliest childhood. Already competent on keyboard and violin, he composed from the age of five and performed before European royalty. At 17, Mozart was engaged as a musician at the Salzburg court, but grew restless and traveled in search of a better position. While visiting Vienna in 1781, he was dismissed from his Salzburg position. He chose to stay in the capital, where he achieved fame but little financial security. During his final years in Vienna, he composed many of his best-known symphonies, concertos, operas, and portions of the Requiem, which was largely unfinished at the time of his death. He wrote more than 600 works, many acknowledged as pinnacles of symphonic, concertante, chamber, operatic, and choral music. He is among the most enduringly popular of classical composers, and his influence is profound on subsequent Western art music. Ludwig van Beethoven composed his own early works in the shadow of Mozart, and Joseph Haydn wrote: "Posterity will not see such a talent again in 100 years". I thought to myself, “Brad, you need to solve this. It’s not just your marriage. It’s not just about sex. It’s about being a man again. You want to feel alive again. You need to do whatever it takes to get your erections back again” Then the doctor looked me sternly in the eye and huffed, “Now, if you get an erection lasting more than 4 hours, you need to call me, or go to an ER.” I was like, “Uh, ok?
