This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. If your sex drive and libido isn’t where you’d like it to be or where it used to be. If you have a hard time getting or maintaining an erection. If you’re just not “driven” -- mentally, physically or emotionally -- when it comes to sex or just life in general. (1) Cholesterol and saturated fats help produce most of your sex hormones - especially testosterone. Cholesterol helps lower your stress hormone, cortisol -- which does the OPPOSITE of testosterone. In fact, without cholesterol you’d die eventually. And for those of you are are really concerned about having high cholesterol -- the PRIMARY cause of high cholesterol is AGING and the change in your hormones!!! This is why the older you get, the worse your cholesterol levels. This is why women who go through menopause start having high cholesterol. Again, it all comes down to a hormonal imbalance!!! What MATTERS is WHERE you get your fats. Don’t go fry up some bacon and think this is healthy. Most animal and dairy fats are the problem. How are your erections? How is your energy levels? But, there is a physical test that can give you some insight as to how your testosterone levels are, and that’s with the finger test. Hold your right hand up in front of you as if you were trying to protect your face in a food fight. Now look at it…. Is your ring finger (the fourth finger, counting the thumb) considerably longer than the finger you point with (the second, “index” finger)? If your ring finger is longer, consider yourself lucky. It seems that finger size, or more specifically, finger ratio, correlates strongly with “higher” testosterone levels, as well as better success in a variety of sports.1 As you see in the picture above, the one of the left side - the ring finger is longer than the index, “pointer” finger. This means higher testosterone levels. Now you might think I’m making this up, but I’m not. Scientists have long noticed that men’s ring fingers are generally longer than their index fingers. With women, it tends to be the reverse: their index fingers are usually longer. They’ve called this difference in length between the index finger and ring finger the “2D:4D ratio.” 2D stands for “second digit” — that’s your index finger, and 4D means “fourth digit” — your ring finger. So if your index finger is 2.9 inches long and your ring finger is 3.1 inches long, you have a 2D:4D ratio of .935 (2.9/3.1 = .935). A longer ring finger compared to your index finger is considered a “low 2D:4D ratio.” Oddly enough, the ring finger seems to have a higher number of receptors for testosterone during early fetal development. Thus, the ring finger grows in proportion to the amount of testosterone produced. The more testosterone produced, the lower the eventual 2D:4D ratio. Interestingly, the 4th digit of the right hand is more sensitive to fetal testosterone than the ring finger of the left hand, so use your right hand to appraise your Testosterone levels. A longer ring finger is merely a biomarker of high levels of fetal testosterone, and this early surge of testosterone is instrumental in influencing the growth of not only the brain and heart, but also muscle and bone, all of which are vital to sports performance. However, I want to point out that even though this has been scientifically proven in 1980, 1998 and again in 2011.. This doesn’t necessarily indicate where your testosterone levels are right NOW. Increase your calories by about 250-500 daily and see how you look and feel after a month. If you’re not getting fat, then good. If you are, lower the calories a little. This has to do with YOUR body, so listen to it, pay attention. As far as WHAT to eat. Okay… this is where all the confusion comes. Simple, easy and effective. Which requires an anti-inflammatory diet and anti-inflammatory supplements, herbs and vitamins. It’s VERY IMPORTANT to know that poor blood flow and circulation is one of the primary causes of a heart attack or stroke. SOLUTIONS So let’s continue and I’ll quickly reveal one of the 3 best solutions for improving blood flow and circulation to your hands Hand Squeezing/Gripping This is for strengthening your grip and your hand muscles, while increasing blood flow. Grab anything you can squeeze… this can be something “soft”, such as rolled up socks. Or something a lot firmer like a tennis ball. If you’re weak, start with something softer and build up to a firmer tennis ball as you gain strength. You should squeeze the object, then HOLD for at least 1-2 seconds, then release. That’s ONE repetition. Do at least 10 repetitions and work up to 20-30 reps… or until you feel a good burn in your hands. That’s ONE set. Then back to the original hand. Better to start with your STRONGER hand. You should do 2-3 sets of at least 15 or more repetitions, 3x weekly on alternate days. Such as Mon, Wed and Fri. Remember, you need to squeeze and HOLD to really FEEL the muscles contract and increase blood flow and muscle contractions to the area. After you're done, massage and stretch your hands and forearms. Wrist Curls Now we want to strengthen your wrist and your forearm muscles. To do this, you’ll do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. To do a wrist curl, you’ll need a light dumbbell and slowly curl the weight from the bottom to the top. You can put your forearms on your leg, on a bench or anything stable. Do 3 sets of 15-25 repetitions, 3x weekly. And then you’ll also want to do reverse wrist curls for the top of your forearms. Same idea, but going the opposite direction. Again, 3 sets of 15-25 repetitions, 3x weekly. Just like the hand squeezing/gripping exercise, do these on alternate days … But this time, let’s do it on OTHER days -- Tues/Thurs/Sat if possible. This way we are exercising your hands and forearms every day. However, if that’s not possible, just do them all on the same days as the gripping exercise -- Mon/Wed/Fri Walking Even though this video is about blood flow to your hands, your BODY as a WHOLE requires better circulation... And I think walking is one of the best exercises you can do and almost anyone can do it, any where, any time of the day and it doesn’t cost you anything. And that’s what I quickly want to discuss today - 3 clinically proven and simple changes you can make right away, that’ll naturally improve your blood flow and circulation and thus, not only improving your erections. 3 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Blood Flow & Improve Your Erections =-=-=-=-=- 1 - DIET Diet obviously plays a big role in improving your blood flow and reducing plaque buildup. The good news is that it’s never too late to eat a healthier diet. Just as years of bad eating can damage your body, good eating can help heal it and it can happen quickly. And having hypertension is one of the leading causes of a heart attack or stroke.(1) Now, there are lots of ways to naturally lower your blood pressure and under this video, in the description area, I’ve listed some of my favorites. However, don’t go there yet because most people, including doctors, mistakenly consume less salt to lower blood pressure. However, low-salt diets typically don’t make much of a difference. What does make a big difference is lowering sugar in your diet and more specifically, “high fructose corn syrup” In a recent study in the journal Open Heart (2), the authors write: “Evidence from epidemiological studies and experimental trials in animals and humans suggests that added sugars, particularly fructose, may increase blood pressure and blood pressure variability, increase heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand, and contribute to inflammation, insulin resistance and broader metabolic dysfunction. Thus, while there is no argument that recommendations to reduce consumption of processed foods are highly appropriate and advisable, the arguments in this review are that the benefits of such recommendations have less to do with sodium—minimally related to blood pressure and perhaps even inversely related to cardiovascular risk—and more to do with highly-refined carbohydrates and sugars." The Problem Started In The 1970s Food and beverage manufacturers began switching their sweeteners from sucrose (table sugar) to corn syrup in the 1970s when they discovered that High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) was far cheaper to use in their products. In fact, HFCS is the #1 source of calories in America!!!( 3) It’s found in almost everything you can think of. More specifically, in sodas and fruit juices. But also in many pre-packaged foods. This also includes “healthy sugars” sweetened with agave. My Proven “Prescription” and Recommendation For You You must do your best to limit and eliminate all HFCS and to do this, make sure you read labels. Again, the LESS pre-packaged the food, the better. Limit your TOTAL fructose to 25 grams or less, that’s about 100 calories daily. This includes the natural fructose found in fruits. If you are already suffering from high blood pressure or signs of insulin resistance like diabetes, overweight and high cholesterol, you should be particularly careful to limit your fructose, including that from whole fruits, to 15 grams per day or less. That’s about 60 calories daily. So there you have it. Focus more on limiting your sugars, this includes fruit sugar, fructose … and especially “high fructose corn syrup” which is found in most pre-packaged foods, especially sodas and fruit juices. Because of this, I wanted to do a short video about 6 warning signs that can be noticed, about a month before an actual heart attack happens. Think of these as warning signs similar to those on your car’s dashboard, alerting you that something is wrong and you MUST take action right away and “check” everything before your car (or heart) breaks down and something goes terribly wrong. 1 - Shortness of Breath This happens because your lungs aren’t receiving the required blood to function correctly. One thing to know is that your lungs and heart work as a “team”. So, if one of them is having problems, it will affect the other. This is the reason shortness of breath is connected with heart issues. 2 - Chest Pressure Before a heart attack happens, chest pain or pressure will increase over time. This increase might happen over the course of a few hours or days, or maybe 2-3 weeks. This kind of pain can also be spread to your arms, back and shoulders. Some may think the chest pressure is stress or indigestion. However, if it’s increasing in duration and/or intensity, it’s best to get your heart and arteries checked right away. 3 - Dizziness and Cold Sweats The typical cause of dizziness and cold sweats, is due to less blood supply to your brain and that mean that there’s poor circulation. If your body is feeling clammy and unwell… and your brain isn’t working properly and everything is foggy and slow -- then all of these can be indicators for a heart attack. 4 - Flu or Cold Something interesting to note is that many people that survive a heart attack, claim that they experienced flu or cold-like symptoms before the heart attack happened. It’s not scientifically proven, but there’s a lot of anecdotal evidence to back it up. 5 - Body Weakness Less blood flow and poor circulation cause weakness, especially in your muscles. And remember, your heart is a muscle. Thus, it’s not getting the nutrients and oxygen it needs. This is one of earliest symptoms of a heart attack. 6 - Fatigue Feeling tired and fatigue, is similar to body and muscle weakness. The narrowing of your arteries, decreases blood flow to your heart AND brain and thus, you feel overly tired all the time due to lack of nutrients and oxygen. A Common Denominator. One thing to note is that these 6 warning signs are all caused by less blood flow and poor circulation. Stress, eating the wrong foods, being overweight, lack of exercise, high cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure are all contributing factors to a heart attack or stroke. The role of nitric oxide in erectile dysfunction: implications for medical therapy. Erectile dysfunction is a common, multifactorial disorder that is associated with aging and a range of organic and psychogenic conditions, including hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, and depression. Penile erection is a complex process involving psychogenic and hormonal input, and a neurovascular nonadrenergic, noncholinergic mechanism. Nitric oxide (NO) is believed to be the main vasoactive nonadrenergic, noncholinergic neurotransmitter and chemical mediator of penile erection. Released by nerve and endothelial cells in the corpora cavernosa of the penis, NO activates soluble guanylyl cyclase, which increases 3',5'-cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels. Acting as a second messenger molecule, cGMP regulates the activity of calcium channels as well as intracellular contractile proteins that affect the relaxation of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle. Impaired NO bioactivity is a major pathogenic mechanism of erectile dysfunction. Treatment of erectile dysfunction often requires combinations of psychogenic and medical therapies, many of which have been only moderately successful in the past. The advent of oral phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitors, however, has greatly enhanced erectile dysfunction treatment; patients have demonstrated high tolerability and success rates for improved erectile function. The efficacy of the PDE-5 inhibitors also serves to illustrate the importance of the NO-cGMP pathway in erectile function since these agents counteract the degradation of NO-generated cGMP. Because not all patients respond to PDE-5 inhibitors, additional therapies are being investigated, such as soluble guanylyl cyclase activators and NO donors, which act on NO-independent and NO-dependent pathways, respectively.

Animal Protein The saturated fats and “marble fat” found in meat, pork, poultry and shell-fish is horrible for your health and cholesterol levels. I’ve noticed even grass-fed meat and free-range poultry can still cause high cholesterol in some of my patients, especially the “sensitive” ones. Limit your intake and focus more on vegetable proteins and fish - especially wild-caught salmon. Eggs Eggs can be good or bad. All the cholesterol and fat is located in the egg YOLK, which is why most “experts” say you should only consume egg whites. However, most of the nutrients, antioxidants and half the essential amino acids (protein) are also found in the yolk. The problem is when you COOK the yolk - such as hard-boiled, scrambled and fried eggs. The heat oxidizes the egg and damages both the structure of the protein and fat. So the healthiest way to eat eggs is raw or lightly cooked, so the yolk is still runny. Don’t fry it with butter or vegetable fats. And make sure it’s organic, free-range eggs. Baked Foods/Carbs (Snacks Too) Baked foods such as muffins, cakes, breads, donuts, croissants, rolls, cookies, danishes, scones, pie, etc… The types of foods most people eat in the morning when they’re in a rush, or with their coffee or at work as a snack… These are all bad because they contain hydrogenated and saturated fats, as well as dairy. Not to mention, they’re high in simple carbohydrates and sugars. “Bad” fats increase cholesterol. “Bad” fats + carbs/sugar REALLY increase your cholesterol and lead to numerous health issues.
