Levitra never gained much popularity… It’s very similar to Viagra, but milder in side-effects - but that’s only because a lower dosage is used.. However, when it comes the user preference, Cialis is a big winner simply because you don’t have to time it right before sex. You can take it in the morning and it’s in your system for a couple of days. So, you’re ready to go the entire time. However, keep in mind that Cialis is also SLOW to act and it does take a couple of hours to kick in, while Viagra takes only about 20-30 minutes. Sex Is Expensive Now, what’s crazy is that Cialis costs about $60 a pill. But hey, that’s cheaper than Viagra’s almost $75 a pill price.1.2 But, I get it. When a man can’t perform, he’ll do almost anything to make “it” work. And yes, there are generic versions you can buy overseas which costs less, but they are typically under dosed or faked. You could lose your money and never get your order. You’re also at risk with legal issues with the DEA, Customs, FDA and so forth. But, who cares… anything to get an erection, right?... The Side-Effects Unfortunately, Cialis has bunch of negative side-effects… similar to Viagra, such as: Headaches Vision problems Insomnia Back pain Sinus and nose problems Nausea and stomach issues Blood pressure issues Heart and stroke problems Liver and kidney issues But for sex, I think most guys will put up with these side-effects. … at least temporarily. Unfortunately, there are 3 main problems with Cialis and how well it works or doesn’t work Cialis doesn’t work in about 40-50% of users… and I’ll tell you why in a minute and how this can be fixed.7 … Sadly, it works even LESS in men with diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol or high blood pressure Cialis doesn’t work as well in “older” men over the age of 40. Ironically, it works better and has less side-effects in younger guys who don’t really need it. I’ll also tell you how this can be fixed in a minute. Your body adapts to Cialis and it doesn’t work as well over time. The more you use it, the less it works. So if you’re a younger guy using it now, you’re going to have a big problem later on in life. This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. And if you’re over the 30, then I can guarantee that your “youth” hormones just aren’t where they used to be and are going lower and lower each year. It’s easily one of the best sources of complete protein. It’s erroneously thought to be bad for you because the media has lied and said how it’s “bad” for your cholesterol levels because it increases it. However, they failed to mention that it increases your “good”, HDL cholesterol. Eggs are good for your brain, muscles, fat loss, skin, hair, memory, hormones and sex drive… just to name a few of the benefits. And with that said, today’s topic is going to reveal the REAL difference between white and brown eggs. What makes the egg brown or white? Is there a different in the chicken that laid the egg? Is one healthier than the other? What makes the shell harder? Why are brown eggs more expensive? Does one taste better than the other? Does the color of the yolk make a difference? Which is the best type of egg to eat?... free range, pasture raised or cage free? What Makes The Egg Brown or White? The color of the egg is determined by the breed of chicken. In general, white-feathered chickens with white earlobes lay white eggs, and reddish-brown-feathered chickens with red earlobes lay brown eggs. There are also breeds that lay less commonly found blue eggs and speckled eggs. Which One Is “Better” For You? The truth is it makes no difference. The color of the egg does NOT mean it’s healthier for you, better, different type of nutritional value or even taste different. Unfortunately, because we’re told that we shouldn’t have “white” foods -- white rice, pasta, breads, white sugars, etc., etc. … Brown eggs costs more than white, even though there’s no difference in them. Why Do Brown Eggs Cost More? Other than marketing and the perception that white has less nutritional value… Brown eggs tend to have a higher price tag simply because the reddish-feathered chickens that lay brown eggs are larger than the breed that lays white eggs, and as such, they require more feed/food. That extra cost is offset by — you guessed it — a higher price at the grocery store. What Makes The Shell Harder? The shells of both color eggs have the same thickness. If you've ever noticed that an eggshell seems tougher, it's because of the age of the chicken, and not the color of the egg. Younger chickens tend to lay eggs with harder shells, while older chicken lay eggs with thinner shells. This is true of both white and brown eggs. However, the harder the shell, the more calcium it typically has. What About The Color Of The Yolk? Healthier eggs that are fed better food and also liver better lives, tend to have darker yolks - which is better for you. There are more nutrients and the egg does taste better. But again, this has nothing to do with the color of the egg shell, but rather the feed the chickens eat and the healthier lifestyle they have. What’s The Best Egg To Eat? So, the color of the egg shell doesn’t matter in regards to the quality of the egg - nor the taste. It has to do with the BREED of the chicken. But I’m not sure because I just haven’t had much “drive” for anything lately, especially sex. Can you tell me more about the psychological causes of impotence and what I can do to fix this?” Your mind is your biggest “sexual organ” and this means that your mind DOES affect your sexual desires and performance. Psychological factors are responsible for about 15%-20% of all cases of erectile dysfunction (ED) Sometimes this is due to a secondary reaction to an underlying physical cause. In some cases, the psychological effects of ED may stem from childhood abuse or sexual trauma. 6 psychological causes of Erectile Dysfunction... STRESS Stress comes in many forms. Sometimes it’s job or money related. Sometimes it has to do with the current relationship(s) you’re in -- intimate or friendships. Constant worry, negative thoughts, lack of sleep and even physical stress all cause a change in your “brain chemistry” due to a change in your hormones by increasing your “stress” hormone, Cortisol. Remember, your mind and body are connected and they work WITH each other. So what happens in your mind, can manifest physically and in this case, cause Erectile Dysfunction.. ANXIETY Once a man experiences ED, he may become overly worried that the problem will happen again. This can lead to "performance anxiety," or a fear of sexual failure. Unfortunately, the more you think about it, the more anxious you become and the worst the situation is. Keep in mind that similar to “stress”, when you have anxiety your brain chemistry and hormones change, all of this reduces blood flow to your penis and thus, causing impotence. Drugs used to treat anxiety only make ED problems worse! GUILT Feeling guilty can also cause ED. A man may feel guilty that he is not satisfying his partner. Or he may feel guilty about something hurtful that he’s done. DEPRESSION A common cause of ED is depression because it affects a person both psychologically and physically. Depression can cause ED even when a man is completely comfortable in sexual situations. When you’re depressed, you don’t have the “drive”, both in and out of the bedroom. Similar to anti-anxiety drugs, anti-depressant medications only make ED problems worse. LOW SELF-ESTEEM This can be due to prior episodes of ED, thus a feeling of inadequacy. Or it can be the result of other issues unrelated to sexual performance. You may have low self-esteem because of how you look naked or how much money you make or the kind of job you have or other superficial factors. You may also have low self-esteem if you’re comparing yourself to your woman’s past -- previous boyfriends, sexual experiences, etc. Also, statics show that men who watch a lot of porn, tend to have low self-esteem due to the size of their penis -- “is mine big enough?...”, which causes even more mental stress and anxiety. INDIFFERENCE This may come as a result of age and a subsequent loss of interest in sex, stemming from problems in a couple's relationship. If there’s a lack of effort to be affectionate or sexual by both people in the relationship, psychologically you just stop caring, wanting or even thinking about “sex”. Summary As stated in the beginning of today’s video, your mind is your “biggest sexual organ”. We all have things that turn us on or off. Fetishes and so forth. If you’re not in a positive place psychologically, your body will react accordingly. Mental and emotional stress, worry, anxiety and depression AFFECT your body physically… There is a drop in your “sex drive” hormones. When your mind and body is under “stress” and excess worry, it has no need, want or desire to “procreate” and thus, your body shuts down your libido. Solution So, what’s the solution?... In life, you get what you focus on. So if you’re constantly thinking about what you do NOT have, your mind will be under stress, you’ll have anxiety, you’ll be depressed and have low self-esteem. Your mind can have only ONE feeling at a time... The MIND diet: 10 foods that fight Alzheimer's (and 5 to avoid) Doctors have been saying for years that what you eat can affect the health of your heart. Now there's growing evidence that the same is true for your brain. A new study by researchers at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago shows a diet plan they developed -- appropriately called the MIND diet -- may reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease by as much as 53 percent. Even those who didn't stick to the diet perfectly but followed it "moderately well" reduced their risk of Alzheimer's by about a third. Diet appears to be just one of "many factors that play into who gets the disease," said nutritional epidemiologist Martha Clare Morris, PhD, the lead author of the MIND diet study. Genetics and other factors like smoking, exercise and education also play a role. But the MIND diet helped slow the rate of cognitive decline and protect against Alzheimer's regardless of other risk factors. The study, published in the journal Alzheimer's & Dementia, looked at more than 900 people between the ages of 58 and 98 who filled out food questionnaires and underwent repeated neurological testing. It found participants whose diets most closely followed the MIND recommendations had a level of cognitive function the equivalent of a person 7.5 years younger. The MIND diet breaks its recommendations down into 10 "brain healthy food groups" a person should eat and five "unhealthy food groups" to avoid. It combines many elements of two other popular nutrition plans which have been proven to benefit heart health: the Mediterranean diet and the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet. (MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay.) But the MIND diet also differs from those plans in a few significant ways and proved more effective than either of them at reducing the risk of Alzheimer's. Green leafy vegetables The MIND diet recommends frequent servings of green leafy vegetables. Kale, spinach, broccoli, collards and other greens are packed with vitamins A and C and other nutrients. At least two servings a week can help, and researchers found six or more servings a week provide the greatest brain benefits. The Mediterranean and DASH diets do not specifically recommend these types of vegetables, but the MIND diet study found that including greens in addition to other veggies made a difference in reducing the risk of Alzheimer's. Other vegetables Like other diets focused on weight loss and heart health, the MIND diet emphasizes the importance of vegetables for brain health. The researchers recommend eating a salad and at least one other vegetable every day to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's. Nuts Nuts are a good snack for brain health, according to the MIND diet study. Nuts contain healthy fats, fiber and antioxidants, and other studies have found they can help lower bad cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. The MIND diet recommends eating nuts at least five times a week. Berries Berries are the only fruit specifically recommended in the MIND diet. "Blueberries are one of the more potent foods in terms of protecting the brain," Morris said. She noted that strawberries have also shown benefits in past studies looking at the effect of food on cognitive function. The MIND diet recommends eating berries at least twice a week. Beans If beans aren't a regular part of your diet, they should be. High in fiber and protein, and low in calories and fat, they also help keep your mind sharp as part of the MIND diet. The researchers recommend eating beans three times a week to help reduce the risk of Alzheimer's. Whole grains Whole grains are a key component of the MIND diet. It recommends at least three servings a day. Fish The MIND diet study found eating fish at least once a week helps protect brain function. However, there's no need to go overboard; unlike the Mediterranean diet, which recommends eating fish almost every day, the MIND diet says once a week is enough. Poultry Poultry is another part of a brain-healthy eating plan, according to the MIND diet. It recommends two or more servings a week. Olive oil Olive oil beat out other forms of cooking oil and fats in the MIND diet. The researchers found people who used olive oil as their primary oil at home saw greater protection against cognitive decline. Wine Raise a toast to the MIND diet: it recommends a glass of wine every day. Just one, though. Wine rounds out the list of of 10 "brain healthy" food groups that help protect against Alzheimer's: green leafy vegetables, other vegetables, nuts, berries, beans, whole grains, fish, poultry, olive oil and wine.
