And the main issue is that there’s minimal sexual stimulation and thus, the end result is dissatisfaction by BOTH partners. Basically, you “came” way too early. Most guys don’t feel “manly” because of this. They feel they have no control over it. They’re embarrassed and ashamed and at the same time, very worried that their partner is just going to NOT have sex with them again... and will go find someone who can “last longer” and isn’t called a “minute man”. By the way, this “problem” affects guys of all ages, but typically younger guys. And the cause is BOTH physical and psychological and I’ll address both and give you PROVEN solutions, including a surprise “fix” that I discovered by accident a few years ago… and I’ll tell you about that in minute, near the end of this video. So let’s get started with the 5 proven solutions: 1. Practice Practice trying to last longer. Assuming you masturbate, as you bring yourself close to an orgasim, STOP… And tightly pinch the head of your penis for a few seconds and that’ll usually send a signal to your penis to pause and stop the ejaculation. It’ll reverse the blood flow. If you’re thinking “how many seconds to I pinch”, it depends on the person. But at least 5-10 seconds… The goal here it so stop and reverse the blood flow. 2. Non Sexual Thoughts Next thing you can do when you’re getting close to an orgasim, is to think about something else… non-sexual thoughts. Think about cars, playing sports, work, cooking or my favorite - your parents! Hehe… this will typically kill the mood for anyone. Remember, your brain is the most powerful sexual organ in the body. Stop focusing on the pleasure and almost detach yourself from the situation. Again, just long enough to tell your penis to STOP getting so excited. You don’t want to go overboard or else you may go limp. Again, as you’re getting close to an orgasm, stop focusing on how good it feels and start thinking about non-sexual thoughts. 3. Focus On Your Partner Speaking of thinking about something else - I want you to focus on your partner. Your only goal should be to pleasure her…. Kiss her, touch and massage her… play with her breasts and nipples… and really get her “warmed up”. Then, focus on giving her an orgasm … but withOUT your penis. Give her oral sex and use your tongue. Don’t forget your fingers, use them as well. … I can go on and on about this topic and maybe I will in a future video, if see a lot of questions about it. Simply stated, make sure you give her at least ONE orgasm, preferably more. THEN, you can go ahead and have sex with her. At this point, IF you came too early again - she’s at least been satisfied and has had an orgasm or two. PLUS, this will reduce the pressure and stress you put on yourself, so you can relax more and use the other tactics I’ve mentioned so far. 4. Masturbate First If you know you’re going to have sex, masturbate BEFORE. For example, if you’ve got a date that night and you think you might get lucky, masturbate and have an orgasim, a few hours before the date. 5. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. Penile erection is the result of a complex interaction of psychological, neural, vascular and endocrine factors, and is often associated with sexual arousal or sexual attraction, although erections can also be spontaneous. The shape, angle and direction of an erection varies considerably in humans. #Physiologically, #erection is triggered by the parasympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system (ANS), causing nitric oxide (a vasodilator) levels to rise in the trabecular arteries and smooth muscle of the #penis. The arteries dilate causing the corpora cavernosa of the penis (and to a lesser extent the corpora spongiosum) to fill with blood; simultaneously the ischiocavernosus and bulbospongiosus muscles compress the veins of the corpora cavernosa restricting the egress and circulation of this blood. Erection subsides when parasympathetic activity reduces to baseline. As an autonomic nervous system response, an erection may result from a variety of stimuli, including sexual stimulation and sexual arousal, and is therefore not entirely under conscious control. Erections during sleep or upon waking up are known as nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT). Absence of nocturnal erection is commonly used to distinguish between physical and psychological causes of erectile dysfunction and impotence. A #penis which is partly, but not fully, erect is sometimes known as a semi-erection (clinically: partial tumescence); a penis which is not erect is typically referred to as being flaccid, or soft.
