This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. And if you’re over the 30, then I can guarantee that your “youth” hormones just aren’t where they used to be and are going lower and lower each year. I’ll also reveal 3 clinically proven ways to quickly fix this problem So if you have any degree of erectile dysfunction, you should watch this video. However, if you’re also not achieving rock-solid erections every time you’re going to have sex... like used to when you were younger… Then you should also watch this video because “weak” erections is an indicator that your health is not optimal…. Both in respect to hormonal imbalances, as well as decreased blood flow and circulation. In fact Rush University Medical Center1 states that bad circulation is one of the most common causes of erectile dysfunction, second to hormonal imbalance. What’s interesting is that the newest research shows that men with erectile dysfunction (ED), typically also have heart problems.2 Thus, ED is a pre-warning sign that you may have a heart attack or stroke in the future because you have a buildup of plaque and calcium in your blood vessels.2 3 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Blood Flow & Improve Your Erections =-=-=-=-=- 1 - DIET Diet obviously plays a big role in improving your blood flow and reducing plaque buildup. The good news is that it’s never too late to eat a healthier diet. Just as years of bad eating can damage your body, good eating can help heal it and it can happen quickly. Add more “healthy” fats to your diet. These are typically mono and poly unsaturated fats. They’re found in foods like olives, raw seeds and nuts, avocados, and fish. These should be RAW and uncooked. Eliminate “unhealthy” and artificial sources of trans fats. Most artificial trans fats are found in processed, packaged foods like cookies and snack cakes. These have been heated and are hydrogenated. They are also high in omega 6 fats, which causes inflammation. Even regular so-called “healthy” oils like canola, cause inflammation. Increase your fiber intake. Soluble fiber helps prevent and remove plaque buildup. You can find soluble fiber in foods like vegetables, lentils, beans, and oats. I would also add in fiber supplements as well, especially if you have a hard time getting it all from food. Cut back on sugar. The sugar found in processed foods like cookies, ice cream, and sugar-sweetened beverages has no nutritional value. Unfortunately, sugar is hidden in almost all “man-made” foods. They increase your blood sugar levels... Which when combined with the unhealthy fats, clogs your arteries and reduces blood flow. 2 -- Exercise First, we all need to move more. All we tend to do is sit all day long -- computer, phone, driving, eating, work, etc. The reason exercise is important is because it helps improve your youth hormones, which then helps your body naturally get rid of toxins - this includes plaque. You should lift weights and do cardio - both are needed. And in my opinion, “resistance exercise” is more important than cardiovascular. This means lifting weights - which can be with free weights, machines, cables or simply your own bodyweight. And if you workout quickly, it will also give you a very strong cardiovascular workout at the same time. You only need 3x weekly and I would add in daily walking as well. 3 -- Take Specific Supplements Taking specific herbs, vitamins and minerals that are clinically proven to help your improve blood flow and circulation, will give you the biggest and fastest improvements in preventing AND removing plaque buildup. And thus, improving blood flow to your penis for better, fuller and bigger erections. We'll quickly review these because we want to introduce you to a vitamin combination that is not typically found in a Google search but one that we believe will have a tremendous impact on addressing the root cause of most ED issues. That root cause is poor nitric oxide production. Now we'd like to introduce you to two that you don't normally see but can have a major impact on ED because they directly effect your ability to create nitric oxide. They are vitamins D3 and K2. Before we talk about why you need them let's first address the cause of most ED issues. It's the lack of nitric oxide production. On the screen is a picture of your vascular system as it ages. The first item to note is the drastic reduction in nitric oxide production as you age. By the time you reach the age of 60 your nitric oxide production could have decreased by as much as 85%. This reduction in the production of nitric oxide is due to damage to the interior lining of all of your cardiovascular system. This lining is called the endothelium and it regulates most of your cardiovascular health and blood flow. There are four major factors that damage this tissue leading to plaque formations and calcification. They are: high blood pressure high blood glucose or sugar levels cholesterol particularly LDL or Bad Cholesterol and Smoking Why is this important? Because it's estimated that 65% of all ED issues are caused by atherosclerosis, which is placque formations and arteriosclerosis, which is calcification of the vascular wall. Vitamins D3 and K2 directly address this damage. First, vitamin K2 has been shown to reverse arterial calcification helping to return more of the endothelium back into a healthy, functioning tissue. This results in improve nitric oxide production. Second, the production of nitric oxide by the endothelium is a calcium dependent reaction. The combination of vitamins D3 and K2 help to properly regulate calcium levels in your bloodstream to help optimize this nitric oxide product. Third, as you increase your nitric oxide production to high enough levels over a long enough period of time, this process initiates reparative mechanisms that heal additional damage done to the endothelium. This returns even more surface volume back into play resulting in even higher levels of nitric oxide production. This benefits both improved cardiovascular and sexual health. Circulation. 2011;123:e609. ======================================= 🤦‍♂️ #1 Disease That Causes Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Impotence ======================================= The first is hormonal imbalances and lower testosterone levels because of -Higher stress and faster pace lifestyle -Lack of key nutrients due to poor food production - pesticides, hormones in meats, etc. -Low physical activity and higher body fats Hormonal imbalances due to the environment and aging, causes physical symptoms of erectile problems, in addition to “emotional” problems with lowered sex drive, libido and the DESIRE to have sex. Remember, hormones affect you both physically and emotionally. However, there men who have ED, who have a normal sex drive and “desire”, but simply can’t get an erection or have difficulty maintaining it during sex. And in these situations, this tends to be more of a VASCULAR problem due to poor blood flow and circulation. What Causes ED? Remember, In order to achieve an erection, three conditions must occur: the nerves to the penis must be functioning properly the blood circulation to the penis must be adequate there must be a stimulus from the brain If there is something interfering with any or all of these conditions, a full erection will be prevented. #1 Disease That Causes ED There are different diseases that can cause erectile dysfunction. However, today I’m going to quickly discuss the #1 causing disease, which accounts for over 70% of physical-related causes of ED and that’s vascular disease!1,2 Simply stated, vascular diseases affect your blood vessels and restrict blood flow to your heart, brain and in the case of ED -- your penis. In fact, more specifically, atherosclerosis, which is the hardening of your arteries, accounts for almost 60% of ED cases in men over the age of 55!1,3 Erectile Dysfunction - A Sign Of Heart Disease? What’s interesting is that the newest research shows that men with ED typically also have heart problems.5 Thus, ED is a pre-warning sign that you may have a heart attack or stroke in the future because you have a buildup of plaque and calcium in your blood vessels.5 How To Improve Your Blood Flow The older we get, the worse your circulation becomes. This affects your entire body - from head to your two, inside and out. Remember, your blood contains oxygen, youthful hormones and nutrients to feed all of your cells. So you must improve your circulation for better health and longevity and this first starts with improving your lifestyle. This means: Reduce or eliminate fried fats. Eat natural, raw fats - raw nuts and seeds, avocados, extra virgin olive oil, fish oils and similar uncooked fats. Choose wild caught fish and cage-free poultry more often than red meat. Eliminate dairy, sugars and caffeine. Exercise more. If you smoke, quit. Lose extra weight. Eat more soluble fiber. Good sources are fruits, beans, peas, oats and fiber supplements. But I’m not sure because I just haven’t had much “drive” for anything lately, especially sex. Can you tell me more about the psychological causes of impotence and what I can do to fix this?” Your mind is your biggest “sexual organ” and this means that your mind DOES affect your sexual desires and performance. Psychological factors are responsible for about 15%-20% of all cases of erectile dysfunction (ED) Sometimes this is due to a secondary reaction to an underlying physical cause. In some cases, the psychological effects of ED may stem from childhood abuse or sexual trauma. 6 psychological causes of Erectile Dysfunction... STRESS Stress comes in many forms. Sometimes it’s job or money related. Sometimes it has to do with the current relationship(s) you’re in -- intimate or friendships. Constant worry, negative thoughts, lack of sleep and even physical stress all cause a change in your “brain chemistry” due to a change in your hormones by increasing your “stress” hormone, Cortisol. Remember, your mind and body are connected and they work WITH each other. So what happens in your mind, can manifest physically and in this case, cause Erectile Dysfunction.. ANXIETY Once a man experiences ED, he may become overly worried that the problem will happen again. This can lead to "performance anxiety," or a fear of sexual failure. Unfortunately, the more you think about it, the more anxious you become and the worst the situation is. Keep in mind that similar to “stress”, when you have anxiety your brain chemistry and hormones change, all of this reduces blood flow to your penis and thus, causing impotence. Drugs used to treat anxiety only make ED problems worse! GUILT Feeling guilty can also cause ED. A man may feel guilty that he is not satisfying his partner. Or he may feel guilty about something hurtful that he’s done. DEPRESSION A common cause of ED is depression because it affects a person both psychologically and physically. Depression can cause ED even when a man is completely comfortable in sexual situations. When you’re depressed, you don’t have the “drive”, both in and out of the bedroom. Similar to anti-anxiety drugs, anti-depressant medications only make ED problems worse. LOW SELF-ESTEEM This can be due to prior episodes of ED, thus a feeling of inadequacy. Or it can be the result of other issues unrelated to sexual performance. You may have low self-esteem because of how you look naked or how much money you make or the kind of job you have or other superficial factors. You may also have low self-esteem if you’re comparing yourself to your woman’s past -- previous boyfriends, sexual experiences, etc. Also, statics show that men who watch a lot of porn, tend to have low self-esteem due to the size of their penis -- “is mine big enough?...”, which causes even more mental stress and anxiety. INDIFFERENCE This may come as a result of age and a subsequent loss of interest in sex, stemming from problems in a couple's relationship. If there’s a lack of effort to be affectionate or sexual by both people in the relationship, psychologically you just stop caring, wanting or even thinking about “sex”. Summary As stated in the beginning of today’s video, your mind is your “biggest sexual organ”. We all have things that turn us on or off. Fetishes and so forth. If you’re not in a positive place psychologically, your body will react accordingly. Mental and emotional stress, worry, anxiety and depression AFFECT your body physically… There is a drop in your “sex drive” hormones. When your mind and body is under “stress” and excess worry, it has no need, want or desire to “procreate” and thus, your body shuts down your libido. Solution So, what’s the solution?... In life, you get what you focus on. So if you’re constantly thinking about what you do NOT have, your mind will be under stress, you’ll have anxiety, you’ll be depressed and have low self-esteem. Your mind can have only ONE feeling at a time... Do not take pycnogenol if you take an immunosuppressant. Initially pot would make me trip out, every time I would smoke weed I'd get this heavy dissociation. Then cannabis became more of a sedative that would give me energy. Finally whenever I'd be smoking weed it'd hardly do anything at all. My tolerance to THC got so high it was a big part of my reasoning as to why I stopped smoking weed. I searched weed videos trying to understand what was happening as a result of smoking cannabis. It seemed the marijuana effects started to reverse and I thought I was going insane from smoking marijuana. The 420 days of smoking pot and having fun were long gone. It got so bad smoking dabs had little to no effect. I couldn't even get high dabbing. I then faced a withdrawal from the substance. Cannabinoids have incredible medicinal value. Medical marijuana is far safer than a lot of prescribed medications. Don't let this video deter you from medical cannabis as the alternatives are far more dangerous.
