This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. Most guys don’t feel “manly” because of this. They feel they have no control over it. They’re embarrassed and ashamed and at the same time, very worried that their partner is just going to NOT have sex with them again... and will go find someone who can “last longer” and isn’t called a “minute man”. By the way, this “problem” affects guys of all ages, but typically younger guys. And the cause is BOTH physical and psychological and I’ll address both and give you PROVEN solutions, including a surprise “fix” that I discovered by accident a few years ago… and I’ll tell you about that in minute, near the end of this video. So let’s get started with the 5 proven solutions: 1. Practice Practice trying to last longer. Assuming you masturbate, as you bring yourself close to an orgasim, STOP… And tightly pinch the head of your penis for a few seconds and that’ll usually send a signal to your penis to pause and stop the ejaculation. It’ll reverse the blood flow. If you’re thinking “how many seconds to I pinch”, it depends on the person. But at least 5-10 seconds… The goal here it so stop and reverse the blood flow. 2. Non Sexual Thoughts Next thing you can do when you’re getting close to an orgasim, is to think about something else… non-sexual thoughts. Think about cars, playing sports, work, cooking or my favorite - your parents! Hehe… this will typically kill the mood for anyone. Remember, your brain is the most powerful sexual organ in the body. Stop focusing on the pleasure and almost detach yourself from the situation. Again, just long enough to tell your penis to STOP getting so excited. You don’t want to go overboard or else you may go limp. Again, as you’re getting close to an orgasm, stop focusing on how good it feels and start thinking about non-sexual thoughts. 3. Focus On Your Partner Speaking of thinking about something else - I want you to focus on your partner. Your only goal should be to pleasure her…. Kiss her, touch and massage her… play with her breasts and nipples… and really get her “warmed up”. Then, focus on giving her an orgasm … but withOUT your penis. Give her oral sex and use your tongue. Don’t forget your fingers, use them as well. … I can go on and on about this topic and maybe I will in a future video, if see a lot of questions about it. Simply stated, make sure you give her at least ONE orgasm, preferably more. THEN, you can go ahead and have sex with her. At this point, IF you came too early again - she’s at least been satisfied and has had an orgasm or two. 9 Hormones That Lead to Weight Gain and Ways to Avoid It

How to Lose Weight without Workouts. You might think the only reason why you gain weight is overeating, but in fact it can also be the result of your hormones being all out of whack. Triggers like stress, age, genes, and poor lifestyle choices can cause a hormonal imbalance that leads to weight problems. To get the perfect body and keep it slim and slender, you have to follow our simple tips and keep 9 hormones under control. Thyroid hormones 0:45 The thyroid is a butterfly-shaped gland at the base of the neck. It produces the hormones T3, T4, and calcitonin, which are responsible for maintaining the body’s metabolism. If the thyroid doesn’t produce enough of these hormones, a condition called hypothyroidism, the result is often weight gain. To keep it under control, consume iodized salt (or seaweed if you’re on a low-salt diet). Avoid processed foods. Take vitamin D supplements. Consume foods rich in zinc like oysters and pumpkin seeds. Insulin 1:32 Overconsuming processed foods, unhealthy snacks, alcohol, or artificially sweetened drinks can cause the body to develop a resistance to insulin. This means that muscle cells won’t recognize glucose-bound insulin, so all that extra glucose remains in the bloodstream where it doesn’t belong. This causes a spike in blood sugar levels, leading to weight gain and Type 2 diabetes. To avoid it, consume lots of leafy greens and seasonal fruits and veggies. Eat foods full of omega-3 fatty acids. Drink at least a gallon of water every day. Exercise a minimum of 4 hours a week. Testosterone 3:45 Testosterone is often considered a strictly male hormone, but it’s produced in women too. It helps burn fat, strengthen the bones and muscles, and improve the libido. Age and high stress can cause a significant decrease in testosterone levels in women, leading to a loss of bone density and muscle mass. Work-out regularly and focus on muscle-building exercises. It helps boost testosterone levels. Avoid alcohol. Take protein supplements. Get enough fiber in your diet with the help of whole-grain foods, pumpkin seeds, and flaxseed. Leptin 6:39 Leptin is a hormone that keeps the body’s energy levels balanced by keeping hunger at bay. But when we eat food rich in sugar, the oversupply of fructose gets converted to fat that gets deposited in the liver, belly, and other regions of the body. It’s these very fat cells that secrete leptin. With high leptin levels, the brain stops receiving signals that the body doesn’t need to eat at a particular moment. Avoid sugary foods. Have no more than 3 servings of fruit per day. Consume dark green leafy veggies. Avoid processed food. This can result in weight gain and sagging skin. -When estrogen levels go up, the cells that produce insulin get stressed. This makes you resistant to insulin, which causes a rise in blood glucose levels and leads to weight gain. -When leptin levels go up, the brain stops receiving signals that the body doesn’t need to eat at a particular moment. -Ghrelin stimulates the appetite and increases fat deposition. -Melatonin is a hormone that regulates your natural sleep-wake cycle. If we don’t get proper sleep, this healing process gets disrupted, which causes stress and ultimately leads to inflammation-induced weight gain. -Getting enough sleep, keeping a nutritionally balanced diet, drinking plenty of water, getting at least some physical exercise, and avoiding or limiting stress will keep your hormones under control. Psychological factors are responsible for about 15%-20% of all cases of erectile dysfunction (ED) Sometimes this is due to a secondary reaction to an underlying physical cause. In some cases, the psychological effects of ED may stem from childhood abuse or sexual trauma. 6 psychological causes of Erectile Dysfunction... STRESS Stress comes in many forms. Sometimes it’s job or money related. Sometimes it has to do with the current relationship(s) you’re in -- intimate or friendships. Constant worry, negative thoughts, lack of sleep and even physical stress all cause a change in your “brain chemistry” due to a change in your hormones by increasing your “stress” hormone, Cortisol. ANXIETY Once a man experiences ED, he may become overly worried that the problem will happen again. This can lead to "performance anxiety," or a fear of sexual failure. Unfortunately, the more you think about it, the more anxious you become and the worst the situation is. Keep in mind that similar to “stress”, when you have anxiety your brain chemistry and hormones change, all of this reduces blood flow to your penis and thus, causing impotence. Drugs used to treat anxiety only make ED problems worse! GUILT Feeling guilty can also cause ED. A man may feel guilty that he is not satisfying his partner. Or he may feel guilty about something hurtful that he’s done. DEPRESSION A common cause of ED is depression because it affects a person both psychologically and physically. Depression can cause ED even when a man is completely comfortable in sexual situations. When you’re depressed, you don’t have the “drive”, both in and out of the bedroom. Similar to anti-anxiety drugs, anti-depressant medications only make ED problems worse. LOW SELF-ESTEEM This can be due to prior episodes of ED, thus a feeling of inadequacy. Or it can be the result of other issues unrelated to sexual performance. You may have low self-esteem because of how you look naked or how much money you make or the kind of job you have or other superficial factors. You may also have low self-esteem if you’re comparing yourself to your woman’s past -- previous boyfriends, sexual experiences, etc. Also, statics show that men who watch a lot of porn, tend to have low self-esteem due to the size of their penis -- “is mine big enough?...”, which causes even more mental stress and anxiety. INDIFFERENCE This may come as a result of age and a subsequent loss of interest in sex, stemming from problems in a couple's relationship. If there’s a lack of effort to be affectionate or sexual by both people in the relationship, psychologically you just stop caring, wanting or even thinking about “sex”. Summary As stated in the beginning of today’s video, your mind is your “biggest sexual organ”. We all have things that turn us on or off. Fetishes and so forth. If you’re not in a positive place psychologically, your body will react accordingly. Mental and emotional stress, worry, anxiety and depression AFFECT your body physically… There is a drop in your “sex drive” hormones. When your mind and body is under “stress” and excess worry, it has no need, want or desire to “procreate” and thus, your body shuts down your libido. Solution So, what’s the solution?... In life, you get what you focus on. So if you’re constantly thinking about what you do NOT have, your mind will be under stress, you’ll have anxiety, you’ll be depressed and have low self-esteem. Your mind can have only ONE feeling at a time... He was quickly prescribed Metformin, also known as Glucophage. I told him immediately NOT to take this drug and I’ll tell you why in a minute … However, he refused to listen to me and said “my doctor told me I have to take this, probably the rest of my life, or else I’ll have to start taking insulin shots and I hate needles”. Of course, this is what doctors do - prescribe drugs. They are legal drug pushers, no different than the street drug dealer pushing narcotics. His doctor never asked what he ate, what my uncle should eat… No talk about exercise, supplements, stress management or anything else that will naturally improve his blood sugar, which would be the only REAL long-term solution … and NOT a drug that’s loaded with negative side-effects. And trust me, I’m not against drugs - I just hate it when they are the FIRST and usually the ONLY solution a doctor will give you. Now, in regards to Metformin - this is a drug that I personally took in around 1992 to improve my blood sugar and insulin sensitivity - so I can gain more muscle and lose fat. In fact, many of my clients and professional athletes used this drug for the same reasons. Additionally, Metformin is known to have anti-aging benefits as well… So for me, it was a double bonus. However, within days I felt the negative side-effects and so did my friends and clients. Immediately, I started to feel unwell -- stomach pain, nausea, loss of appetite, heartburn, headaches and so forth. I just felt slow and sluggish... But, I kept pushing and kept taking the drug, hoping the negative side-effects would dissipate over time. And some of them did… or, maybe I just tolerated them better. However, over time there were more serious side-effects. For me and a few of my friends and clients, was kidney problems - which is a known side-effects of the drug. Poor kidney function can also lead to elevated blood pressure, which it did in other people I knew and later, liver problems as well. Remember, even though your kidneys and liver have different roles, they DO work WITH each other. As one weakens, so will the other. Mind you, NONE of us took the recommended dosage for diabetics, we took half the dose. Just imagine how much worse it is for diabetics taking the full dosage?!!... Which in fact, is why most users of Metformin typically do not refill their prescriptions and rarely use the drug for more than a few months. YET, it’s one of the most prescribed drugs for diabetics, other than later prescribing insulin shots. Additional side-effects of Metformin are heart problems and lactic acidosis - which is a very serious problem and very common with Metformin. Which has caused many deaths with this drug. In fact, drinking alcohol or taking any drug that puts strain on your liver or kidneys, magnifies this side-effect. … So to make a long story short, we all gave up on this drug and I later discovered various herbs, vitamins and minerals that when combined together - had much better benefits, no side-effects and yes, still had the anti-aging benefits. You can get more detail about these natural alternatives to Metformin below this video, in the description area. However, don’t go there just yet… I’m not done with the story. So about a year later I was at a family wedding and I saw my uncle again and ask him how he was doing. He said “I’m doing okay, I’m eating less sugars and I’ve improved my diet and walking daily. My blood sugar has improved, but it’s still high and so is my A1C levels. My doctor isn’t very happy and neither is my wife.” I then asked about Metformin and his dosage and he said “oh, you were right… I got off of it. My kidneys weren’t working well because of it and my doctor decided to switch me to another drug and I had problems with that, so I decided to just stop taking everything and let my body heal”. And to make a long story short - he is no longer diabetic. No drugs. No insulin and NO needles! ========================================­ Thank you for watching. How are your erections? How is your energy levels? But, there is a physical test that can give you some insight as to how your testosterone levels are, and that’s with the finger test. Hold your right hand up in front of you as if you were trying to protect your face in a food fight. Now look at it…. Is your ring finger (the fourth finger, counting the thumb) considerably longer than the finger you point with (the second, “index” finger)? If your ring finger is longer, consider yourself lucky. It seems that finger size, or more specifically, finger ratio, correlates strongly with “higher” testosterone levels, as well as better success in a variety of sports.1 As you see in the picture above, the one of the left side - the ring finger is longer than the index, “pointer” finger. This means higher testosterone levels. Now you might think I’m making this up, but I’m not. Scientists have long noticed that men’s ring fingers are generally longer than their index fingers. With women, it tends to be the reverse: their index fingers are usually longer. They’ve called this difference in length between the index finger and ring finger the “2D:4D ratio.” 2D stands for “second digit” — that’s your index finger, and 4D means “fourth digit” — your ring finger. So if your index finger is 2.9 inches long and your ring finger is 3.1 inches long, you have a 2D:4D ratio of .935 (2.9/3.1 = .935). A longer ring finger compared to your index finger is considered a “low 2D:4D ratio.” Oddly enough, the ring finger seems to have a higher number of receptors for testosterone during early fetal development. Thus, the ring finger grows in proportion to the amount of testosterone produced. The more testosterone produced, the lower the eventual 2D:4D ratio. Interestingly, the 4th digit of the right hand is more sensitive to fetal testosterone than the ring finger of the left hand, so use your right hand to appraise your Testosterone levels. A longer ring finger is merely a biomarker of high levels of fetal testosterone, and this early surge of testosterone is instrumental in influencing the growth of not only the brain and heart, but also muscle and bone, all of which are vital to sports performance. However, I want to point out that even though this has been scientifically proven in 1980, 1998 and again in 2011.. This doesn’t necessarily indicate where your testosterone levels are right NOW. There are so many books and courses about “Intermittent Fasting” and the different variations of it. If you’re new to Intermittent Fasting (IF), the basic summary of this diet is you do NOT eat most of the day and then you eat all of your calories (and meals) during a 4-8 hour window. For example, you’re “fasting” all day and then between 8 pm to midnight, you eat all of your meals and calories. Some of the “less strict” variations give you an 8 hour window and thus, maybe from 4 pm to midnight. BUT, the true intermittent fasting is only about 4 hours. Basically, you’re eating one massive, ongoing meal. And the promoters of Intermittent Fasting (IF) say that the benefits are fat loss, more muscle (if you’re exercising), improved insulin sensitivity, less inflammation and more so, you get to “eat your favorite foods” and not get fat. That’s the “marketing sales pitch” Yes, the short-term effects are good for some people, especially weight loss and for those that don’t exercise. But the long-term effects is actually the OPPOSITE. Now, in a minute I’ll tell the only REAL benefit of Intermittent fasting and what type of person should follow it and for how long. However, let’s first discuss the negatives based on the newest scientific research. Lose Weight - But Get FATTER & Become Diabetic?!! So a recent study in 2018 revealed that1: The subjects lost weight, but ironically gained abdominal fat, what some doctors call "central adiposity". The cells of the pancreas that release insulin showed signs of damage (which can lead to diabetes). Markers of insulin resistance were detected (which can lead to diabetes). Increased levels of cancer-causing free radicals were observed. Researcher Ana Bonassa noted, "This is the first study to show that, despite weight loss, intermittent fasting diets may actually damage the pancreas and affect insulin function in normal healthy individuals, which could lead to diabetes and serious health issues." Accelerated Aging & Eating Disorders In another study2 done in 2015, showed that these popular fasting plans may have some serious drawbacks, especially for those that have adopted them as a "lifestyle" rather than as a temporary, short-term strategy. (Although previous studies show a boost in age-accelerating free radicals even during short-term fasts.) In the first study, the common Intermittent Fasting approach was tested: eating only during a 4-hour window in a day. In this study, the subjects didn't lose weight, but did... Gain intra-abdominal fat Develop disordered-eating behaviors (binge eating) Develop insulin resistance in their livers Show signs of inflammation Display a "gene expression profile favoring lipid deposition." Eating lots of leafy greens, whole grains, oysters, watermelon, and blueberries (most any fruit will work, really) will help you give your body all that it needs to improve the quality of your erections, while cutting out processed foods, cigarettes and alcohol will provide further benefits. The funny part about those ads is that they spend almost as much time talking about the side effects of their latest “wonder drugs” as they do about its supposed benefits. Unfortunately, many of the drugs on the market today that are designed to treat various conditions, have side effects that include the degradation of male sexual performance. The most common of these are blood pressure medications, but there are many others. Your Big Brain Working Against Your Little Brain Many of the causes of erectile dysfunction are actually psychological. Understand that this is not the same as saying that it’s all in your head, because it’s not. Psychological issues can easily lead to a variety of very real physical ailments. If that surprises you, it shouldn’t. Stress can lead to heart disease, so why can’t other psychological issues lead to ED? It’s a pretty common, fairly well understood phenomenon. Stress is, in fact, one of the leading causes of ED, which makes it a particularly nasty condition (because it also can lead to heart troubles, so it hits you twice). Long before stress kills you though, it will impact your sex life in a major, and entirely negative way. Our modern society is filled to the point of overflowing with stress triggers. We work too many hours. We don’t take enough vacations, and even when we do, we tend to bring our work with us, thanks to the advent of the smart phone, which is both a blessing and a curse. Yes, it lets us keep in touch with friends and families no matter where we are in the world, but it also means that we have the tendency to never unplug. We need that. We need time to decompress and relax. Sure, you can run at top speed for a while, but if you do it too long, you’ll burn yourself out. If you keep going much beyond that, your problems will only worsen with time. Why would you want to do that to yourself? It simply makes no sense. Depression Depression is another common cause of ED, and let’s face it. When you’re depressed, sex is about the last thing you’re thinking of. Stress is a particularly nasty cause of ED, because most of the antidepressant medicines available only make ED worse. Depression is insidious on another front as well, because it’s easy to get caught in a negative, self-reinforcing feedback loop trap. What we mean by that is that when you’re depressed, your self-esteem is (by definition) low. If you try to have sex, your low self-esteem may lead to performance issues. Then, when you fail to perform, sexually, it lowers your self-esteem further, which makes future sexual performance issues even more likely. Once you’re caught in that trap, it can be notoriously difficult to get out of it. One thing you’ll note that isn’t on the list is "performance anxiety." That’s because while performance anxiety can lead to a lack of sexual performance in certain specific situations, these are generally isolated, one-off events. And this false information and myth all started in the 1950’s by a guy named Ancel Keys. He basically did a study of 6 countries in which higher saturated fat intake equated to higher rates of heart disease. Unfortunately, like most studies that are skewed, he purposely ignored and DELETED data on the 16 other countries that didn’t fit his theory. Countries where high saturated fat intake showed very little heart disease. And also countries with very little fat that showed HIGH rates of heart disease. However, once his paper was published and he was on the cover of Time magazine, the medical industry changed and saturated fats became the devil. Sadly, new,... supposedly “healthier” fats emerged -- such as sunflower, corn, soybean and cottonseed oils…. And margarine, let’s not forget about this junky fat. Ironically, THESE fats have contributed more to heart disease, heart attacks and strokes than most other foods and certainly a lot more than saturated fats. And this is because these so-called “healthy” fats are high in inflammatory omega 6 fats. Plus, when heated, the fat molecule oxidizes, changes structure, becomes hydrogenated and basically, TOXIC to your body. These vegetable and seed fats are NOT designed to be heated, while saturated fats are. Yet, a major meta-analysis of 21 studies with almost 350,000 adults, revealed no difference in the risks of heart disease and stroke between people with the lowest and highest intakes of saturated fat.1 And there are other, major studies showing similar results.2,3 Simply stated, eating saturated fats does NOT cause heart disease! Eat More Saturated Fats Actually, the truth is that eating saturated fats can actually help prevent heart disease. This is because they reduce levels of Lipoprotein (a) [LP(a)], which has a very strong correlation to heart disease.4-6 Improved Cardiovascular Risk Factors What’s interesting is that currently there are no drugs that lower Lipoprotein (a), but saturated fats do! Again, nature already has the solutions - NOT pharmaceutical companies! Additionally, eating saturated fats helps increase your “good” HDL cholesterol (lipoprotein). That’s a double positive bonus! And there are other benefits too. Weight Loss Saturated fats, especially coconut oil, can help you lose fat by increasing your metabolism and thyroid. Healthier Brain The brain is made largely of fat and the majority of the fat in the brain is saturated. Healthier Liver Saturated fats also encourage the liver cells to dump their fat content - this is a primary step in stopping that unhealthy and ugly belly fat. Additionally, saturated fat has been shown to protect the liver from the toxicity of alcohol and medication drugs. Stronger Bones They also help make your bones stronger, especially in women. Vegetable oils do the opposite and cause osteoporosis. Stronger Immune System Saturated fats, especially coconut oil is amazing for your immune system. The myristic and lauric acid have antibacterial and antifungal qualities for your gut. In fact, these are also found in high amounts in human breast milk as a potent germ-killing ability for the baby. Healthier Lungs For proper function, the airspaces of the lungs have to be coated with a thin layer of what’s called lung surfactant. The fat content of lung surfactant is 100 percent saturated fatty acids.
