Today I show you a rice and lentils meal known as dal bhat, traditional Indian home cooking in the state of West Bengal. Along with our rice and lentils, i show you 3 side dishes of spinach, squash and fried potatoes. FOOD COMBINING ADVICE TO THIS MEAL #1 I usually don't drink water with my meals but I did in this video because I had to, I ate to fast. Very bad habit lol. #2 If I were to add a protein to this meal such as tofu, soya chunk curry or TVP curry. I would just use a very small amount of rice and lentils with this meal and instead add more vegtables to this meal such as spinach. I probably would cut out the potatoes out of the meal as well. Making a tasty and satisfying VEGAN BURRITO/LARGE TACO

May 7, 2017. Orlando, FL. Using tofu, black beans, corn and quinoa then adding guacamole, salsa and veggies gives this restaurant style burrito an amazing taste that will make you hungry. With the leftover guac and tomatoes, I mix them together to eat with chips as a side dish to this burrito giving you a luxury meal that's quick and easy to make. All we do is cut the veggies, mix the gauc and warm up our tofu, black beans corn and quinoa in a pan with taco seasoning. The lettuce, tomatoes and cilantro were locally grown from the farmers market. All the other ingredients were from Whole Foods Market in Orlando. I try to use the most sustainable and best ingredients rather then the cheap way. That's what makes the foods on this channel so delicious and real and with wuick and easy to cook dishes, it is something you too can cook that will satisfy you, that will make your body healthier then stronger. On this Channel we eat to improve our body, not just to eat so your stomach is full and then take medications. If you have a little extra time, you can home make the tortilla, taco seasoning, salsa and use fresh corn. 2015 South Jersey Farmers Markets

Heres a look at the stuff usually grown in South Jersey. Blueberries, tomatoes, peaches, watermelons, cantaloupes, white sweet potatoes are just a few. Unlike Florida which has farmers markets all year long, South Jersey Farmers Markets usually run from June thru November because not much stuff grows in the winter due to its cooler weather. However I usually have a couple things around growing until December and able to keep them fresh through the winter. It really depends on how cold the winter is. Few plants make it through the winter into March where frost ends. Frost season in the coastal areas of South Jersey is usually December, January, Febuary and March. The great thing about white sweet potatoes is unlike regular potatoes, you don't need salt, butter, gravy or nothing to eat them like mashed potatoes. All you need to do is boil or bake them, then mast it up. So I show you how easy it is with these UNTREATED organic white sweet potatoes that I got from Farmer Mike while working for him at the Pleasantville farmers market. Potatoes is something that I love to eat in the winter when not much fresh food is around in South Jersey, but potatoes will last through the winter!
