It's the best exercise for the upper body. Pull-ups develop all the muscles in your back and strengthen your shoulder girdle. If you can "pull your own weight" it means that you are either too fat or too weak. Women set a goal to be able to perform 10 pull-ups in one set. It's ambitious, but the body of your dreams awaits. Guys should be able to do about 20 pull-ups. If you can do way more than 20 pull-ups (like 30+) than it's time to get to the squat rack and develop bigger, stronger leg muscles to balance your physique. You you can't do 20 pull-ups than you need to burn body fat and get stronger.

With proper training, like the TSC Heart of a Champion Program any able bodied person can max the test and score 300 points. This remarkable considering that many professional and olympic athletes would not be able to score 300 points if we gave them the test tomorrow. Obviously, severe asthma, arthrititis or other disabilities would make it more difficult to score 300 points, but every able bodied person can max this test. The TSC 300 Challenge doesn't require abundant athletic ability, talent or skill beyond doing the basics of pull-ups, push-ups and running 3 miles.

Agility is the ability to start, stop, change directions and accelerate quickly and is absolutely vital to your performance as an all-natural athlete. A simple way to measure agility is with the T-Test. To perform the T-Test you will need a stop watch, 4 cones (or other markers) and a flat area about 10 square yards (track, turf, grass, or a wood court will all suffice). The cones will be arranged in a T-Shape. You will sprint from cone A to B and touch it with your right hand. Then shuffle left and touch cone C with your left hand. Now Shuffle right and touch cone D with your right hand. Shuffle left back to cone B, touch it with your left hand and back peddle to cone A. You can hold the stop watch and time yourself or have a friend time you. Make 4 attempts and record your scores. Use a two minute rest interval between each attempt. You can transform you body and life your best life possible. It's important for all of us to reach and strive for our true potential. We should be fit, fast, and strong, natural athletes. We should look, feel and be our best. Part of that is using proper form so that we can safely train our bodies and get results as quickly as possible.
